Crispy Peanut Butter Bites

1 cup gluten free oats
1 scoop Juice Plus+ Complete (Chocolate OR Vanilla)
1 cup crisp brown rice (non-GMO, organic)
1 cup all natural peanut butter (no sugar)
¼ cup honey (local if you have access)

¼ cup raisins
or dark chocolate dairy-free/gluten-free chips
1 tsp cinnamon

Optional Coating: food processed/crushed rice crisps (about ¾ cup)

and you can even add 1 Tbsp cocoa powder.

Mix thoroughly with sturdy spatula and/or hands. Roll into bite-size balls and roll in crisp rice coating if using optional coating. Place on parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Freeze until solid then transfer to airtight container and keep in freezer for best results, but can be refrigerated.
